Terms and
conditions
General terms and conditions for business customers
1. Scope
These terms apply exclusively to business customers acting in the course of their trade, business or profession within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). We do not enter into contracts with consumers. Individual agreements take precedence.
2. Enquiries and formation of contracts
Enquiries through this website, including our gallery and product designer, are non-binding and do not constitute an order or create a payment obligation. We review the enquiry and may issue an individual offer. Unless expressly described as non-binding, our offer becomes a contract upon timely acceptance. Where an offer is non-binding, the customer’s order constitutes an offer which we may accept within two weeks by confirmation in text form or delivery. Individually agreed acceptance periods take precedence.
Saving a design, assembling an enquiry list or selecting “Anfrage senden” does not create a purchase contract. An automatic acknowledgement or requested email copy only confirms receipt or the contents of the enquiry and does not accept an order. Our individual quotation or express order confirmation governs the subsequent contract.
3. Scope of work and documents
The individual offer and agreed drawings or specifications determine design, material, dimensions, quantities and other requirements. Rights in supplied drawings, calculations and other documents remain with the respective rights holder. Further use or disclosure requires that rights holder’s consent unless permitted by law.
Product images and application examples provide orientation. Selectable configurations may differ from the example shown. The characteristics and documents agreed in the quotation are decisive. Screen rendering is not a binding assurance of colour appearance or display scale.
Before submission, the person enquiring checks the text, positions, formats, quantities and options. The necessary rights to supplied content and designs must be held. Any agreed approval before production is specified separately. Statutory rights and responsibilities remain unaffected.
Please notify us of requested changes as early as possible. We check whether an adjustment is still possible and can confirm it only after review. Bindingly agreed services are changed only by corresponding agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Prices and payment terms are stated in the individual offer. Unless stated otherwise, prices include statutory VAT. Payments must be made to the account stated in the offer or invoice. Cash discounts require an express agreement.
Payment is due within 30 days after delivery and receipt of the invoice unless agreed otherwise. Statutory default rules apply. For payment claims arising from transactions without consumer participation, the statutory default interest rate is nine percentage points above the basic interest rate. Other statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Delivery and cooperation
Delivery periods, shipping costs and required cooperation are specified in the offer. Agreed periods depend on timely receipt of the information, approvals and contributions needed to perform the order. Statutory provisions apply to failure to accept delivery or culpable failure to cooperate.
6. Retention of title
Delivered goods remain our property until the agreed purchase price for those goods has been paid in full. Statutory provisions otherwise apply.
7. Defects and liability
Statutory provisions govern defects, subsequent performance, limitation periods and liability. Where the transaction is a commercial transaction for both parties, the inspection and notification duties under section 377 of the German Commercial Code apply.
8. Pricing and calculation errors
Obvious input, typing or calculation errors may be corrected. If a contract has already been concluded, any avoidance and its consequences are governed by statutory provisions. Prices are not changed unilaterally. We promptly inform the customer about identified errors and, where appropriate, a corrected offer.
9. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Statutory rights of set-off and retention remain unaffected. If an individual provision is invalid, the applicable statutory rules take its place. Version: 30 October 2026.
