About Lang KSTV

Our story.
Growing with every project.

A hobby workshop, the first customers and the step towards a full-time business: since 1999, Lang KSTV has grown with its customers’ requirements. This is how those beginnings developed into the manufacturing business we are today.

1999

Starting in a hobby workshop.

Stefan Lang founded Lang KSTV as a part-time venture in 1999, manufacturing in a hobby workshop. Quality and service won over the first customers, and demand grew.

Over time, the business found its niche. Individual orders led to new challenges and long-term customer relationships. It soon became clear that this would become more than a part-time venture.

2003–2005

More space for new projects.

In 2003, the part-time venture became the business now known as Lang KSTV. Former farm buildings were converted into a workshop, creating space for larger machines and new plastics processing capabilities.

The adjoining rooms were converted in 2003 and 2004. The main room followed in 2005, with underfloor heating and bright workstations. The former farm buildings had now been fully transformed into a modern workshop.

The new premises and machines allowed us to take on larger projects. Growing demand led to further expansion and investment in the years that followed.

2023

Power from our own roof.

In 2023, we invested in a photovoltaic system. Since then, we have generated solar power on our own roof.

We recycle our plastics and work to reduce the carbon footprint of our manufacturing. The solar installation on our roof is a practical step in that direction.

Today

A family business. Many possibilities.

The hobby workshop has grown into a versatile manufacturing business in Homberg (Ohm). New processes and machines have expanded what we can offer.

What has stayed the same is the personal contact: we discuss projects directly with our customers and continue to develop as their requirements evolve. Long-standing customer relationships remain at the heart of our business.
